My trainer actually recommended I try a grounding mat and told me about this brand. Since ive taken up running (still lifting weights) ive found that my ankles and all through my body gets so inflamed. I am amazed at how well this grounding mat works. First things first, the packaging was really great. It came in a classic black tube packaging and everything was inside it. The material of the mat is thin and sleek but not cheap quality. It is very durable and light weight and can be taken from one room to the other very easily. It is also soft to touch and the size is just perfect where you can sit on it, rest your legs and even sleep on it. The cord along with it has spring shape which I really liked and it is very easy to set up. The little bracelet was really a good surprise.As for how it works, I was really surprised at how instantly it calmed and relaxed me. I have used it to rest my legs during work, standing on it while working in the kitchen and even while sleeping. It has really helped bring down my anxiety and helped me sleep longer and calmer. It also helped me fall back asleep faster if I woke up in the middle of the night. It feels great to own this and I have already recommended it to my friends and family.
